Penny Arcade, check it every monday, wednesday and friday. I am also a fan of Ctrl+Alt+Del, which updates on the same days so I check it too.

Gunnerkrigg has always made me lol, but Perry Bible Fellowship has always been my favorite, even if they stopped doing it.

QC is on my top 10. It is one of the best out there. Have you ever checked out Johnny Wonder? Its done by the the artist who did fallen, another fav of mine even though it is debunk.
