ive been having problems with msn and i got like help support guy saying ive to turn on connection logging but he says go to tools connection tab and click advance settings ??? there is no advance setting in the connection tab
this is all i see

anyone know what he means or how to turn on the connection log

Well I think you need to update MSN because the newest version has the advanced setting for the connection tab.

ok 2 things

1 im sure i just installed the latest version but no change

2 just to make sure do you know what the latest version is

ok yeah thats the one ive got but there is still no advance setting in the connection tab

well thanks to newb i found out the guy trying to help me was a complte retard and had no clue what he was talking about
